Short film

This short film draws on the experience of teachers, students and school leaders from various primary and post primary settings on learning and teaching about Traveller culture and history. It sets out some insights and guidance on how best to invoke NCCA's Traveller Culture and History Research Report. It also showcases how the report is being used to foster a broader understanding and appreciation of Traveller culture throughout these school communities.

Further support materials on Traveller culture and history are currently being developed by NCCA and these will be available shortly. A second short film exploring the experiences of educators in Traveller culture and history in early childhood settings will soon be available here also.
