Consultations with Children
Two reports on children’s experiences in the curriculum areas of Wellbeing (PE and SPHE) and Social and Environmental Education (Geography and History) have been published. A child-friendly version of each report has also been developed and shared with the children’s schools.
NCCA worked in partnership with Hub na nÓg and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY), on the design and running of the consultations with children.
The first report presents the children’s views, thoughts and suggestions on what and how they’d like to learn in the area of Wellbeing (PE and SPHE). You can find the full report, and the child-friendly version of it, here.
